Driven by a passion to offer tangible support, Sabrina further specialized, earning a Master's in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Master's in Psychotherapy and Counselling. These advanced qualifications equipped her with a robust toolkit to effectively address emotional challenges, build resilience, and promote positive mental health across all ages. Understanding the critical role of early education, she also obtained a Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education, ensuring that her therapeutic insights are seamlessly integrated with sound pedagogical practices, particularly for younger clients.
